Acquisition of Makati OKBet Kings

At the event, OKBet announced its acquisition of the rights to the Makati OKBet Kings. The team will compete against at least 29 other squads from various cities and provinces across the Philippines when the MPBL season kicks off on March 10. Former PBA players Don Dulay and Rob Wainwright are set to lead the Makati OKBet Kings, with Dulay stating, “We’re trying to finalize our team and we’ll start having our tryouts.

Commitment to Sports Development

OKBet’s support for the MPBL extends beyond mere sponsorship. Following the sealing of a historic deal last year, OKBet launched the “Play It Forward” sports development program. This initiative enlisted the help of some of the league’s most talented players and coaches to host free basketball clinics for Filipino youth, further demonstrating OKBet’s dedication to nurturing future sports talents.
